Let me see, Prophecies only skills. Don't forget about [warriors endurance]. [power attack][sever artery][gash] with [warriors endurance] and a handful of other useful skills. Or if you want to dip into the darkside of things and go with the necros line of fun. I've played around with [life transfer], after the last nerf to it, it really isnt bad like the naysayers say. [life transfer][signet of agony][plague touch] added with a few warrior skills all add up to some fun. Just remember to maintain proper aggro as the warrior before having your friends step in to help.

So what do u suggest Marty if the healer henchie's/human monk(s) can not keep all the party members up? Just risk it and hopefully you wont die?
Find new monks like previously stated? that takes time and with the many towns in Gw you most liekly will not find a very good one or any at all in areas such as aurora glade where ppl usually get run straight to sanctum cay.
Wait maybe 15min-1hr for a monk to randomly pop in the town who is actually good and will help you?
The only other option i see is bring support on other caster profs. What if for some reason this isnt possible? [warrior(you) + 5 henchie(1 healer)] Just hope that maybe this time the henchie will be able to support your team when it failed the previous time?

little late on this conversation but spike stop being bad at gw. i mean yeah districts aren't as full as they once were and it's hard to find a group in them nowadays, but there is such a thing as a friends list and a guild. you're saying that not one person would want to tag along?
besides its not like we're talking about hard mode here, it's simple normal mode where the monsters bend over right in front of you.

I know I'm 15 days late in response but if one GOOD human monk can take care of a full 8 man team in HM surely 2 healer henchies can take care of the team in NM. If they can't, then you're overextending, overaggroing, or doing something else thats screwing up your team.

I've said it before, I'll say it again: People you know (friends/guildies) > AI > Pugging. You seem to miss the middle part of that in your above statement.

I went W/Mo as I knew how bad the Hench Monks were in Proph in the beginning.I knew this as I took my Monk through the game first as I made her up first.They did,t have a condition remove,hex remover and ressed at bad times.I had to fill in that role sometimes especially the ressing.

There were lots of fine W/Mos in the beginning of the game and there still are few around.There were lots of fine W/Mos who would get you through a mission in the early days they are better than today other melee classes.Mend Ailment was better back then before it was balanced and there is no better hex remover than holy viel.

I like my W/E build that I'm using, currently in the Crystal desert finishing up the Ascension missions. I use [cyclone axe] and [power attack] as standard attacks with low energy cost and then use [dismember] and [axe rake] when the adrenaline gets high enough. I use [disrupting chop] for interrupts and [bonetti's defense] to pump up energy. I just captured an elite skill, [warrior's endurance] that I will replace Bonetti's with.

For the E skills, I go with [lightning strike] and [shock] -- only 5 energy & good for interrupts, pulling, and damage when I'm blinded. If I know there's going to be a boss with a skill I want, I replace one of these with [signet of capture].

I switched to this character and build after trying to get my N/W past Aurora Glade and failing miserably. This build just tore through the first 15 missions easily.

Update: First off, the Warrior's Endurance really kicks a$$. Fire it up and then alternate between energy-based and adrenal-based attacks & I can go for hours.

Also, just changed my secondary profession to N. Plague touch and plague sending look like they'll be handy in the Iron Mines of Moladune mission.
